I. Prize Claim Instructions
Winners must contact us via our official LINE account no later than February 11, 2026, to verify their eligibility. Failure to respond by the deadline will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.

2.Winners under the age of 20 must obtain the consent of their legal guardian, who must claim the prize on the winner's behalf. In accordance with the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan):
Prizes valued at over NT$1,000 must be reported as part of the winner's annual individual income tax.
Prizes valued at over NT$20,000 are subject to a 10% withholding tax, which must be paid before the prize is released.
HT Life Technology Co., Ltd. will withhold and remit the applicable tax in accordance with the law. Failure to complete the required tax procedures will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.

3.By accepting the prize, winners consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information solely for the administration of this promotion and related prize fulfillment.


4.If a winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements, does not agree to, or violates these Terms and Conditions, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner and revoke their right to participate in the campaign. The organizer also reserves the right to pursue legal action against any act that disrupts or interferes with the campaign.ㄒ
5.Winners must provide all required information within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the prize without further notice.

II. Terms & Conditions
1.To ensure the fairness and authenticity of this promotion, winners may be invited to attend promotional events and may be required to claim their prize in person at the Company's designated location within the specified period.

2.If a winner wishes to transfer the prize to another individual, both the winner and the transferee must appear in person at the Company to complete the required transfer authorization documents.

3.Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that a prize is out of stock or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control require a change to the prize, the organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another item of equivalent value. Winners may not request cash redemption or exchange the prize for other products. The organizer and the event organizer shall not be responsible for any maintenance or warranty obligations related to the prize.

4.The organizer shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or errors in prize notifications or event communications caused by technical issues, including but not limited to computer, internet, telephone, or network failures, or by any other circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control. Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and used only for marketing activities and event administration by HT Life Technology Co., Ltd.

5.HT Life Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or interpret this promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this website without prior notice.
