I. Event Period
1.Event Period: From Monday, December 1, 2025, to Monday, January 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

II. Eligibility
1.New Customers:
Customers who successfully book a service and pay a deposit during the event period will be eligible to enter the raffle for airline tickets and NT$500 gift vouchers.

2.Existing Customers:
Existing customers who refer a new customer during the event period, and whose referred customer successfully books a service and pays a deposit, will be eligible to enter the raffle for airline tickets and NT$500 gift vouchers.

3.Social Media Participants:
Participants who follow and like HT Life’s Facebook or Instagram account, tag two friends in the anniversary celebration post, and share the post to their Stories for 24 hours may enter the raffle for a NT$500 gift voucher by submitting a screenshot to HT Life’s official LINE account.

III. Participation Guidelines
1.If any circumstances occur after deposit payment, including payment failure, service cancellation, refund, or other related situations, the participant’s eligibility for this event will be automatically revoked.

2.Social media participants who fail to complete all required steps—including following and liking HT Life’s Facebook or Instagram account, tagging two friends in the anniversary celebration post, sharing the post to Stories for 24 hours, and submitting a screenshot to HT Life’s official LINE account—will be disqualified from participating in the raffle.

3.The raffle results are tentatively scheduled to be announced on Thursday, January 29, 2026, and will be published on HT Life’s official website at the designated time. If the announcement date falls on a public holiday, the announcement will be postponed accordingly.
Each participant is limited to one winning opportunity. If any fraudulent activity, identity theft, or other improper conduct related to the raffle is discovered, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the participant’s eligibility and participation status, and may take legal action against any conduct that interferes with the fairness of the event.
IV. Prize Drawing Procedure
1.The prize drawing will be conducted through a computer-generated random selection system. The list of winners will be announced on HT Life’s official event website.
Prizes
•Direct Round-Trip Economy-Class Airfare for Two Between Taiwan and Vietnam: 1 prize
(Prize value: NT$16,000. Any additional costs resulting from ticket changes or fare differences during peak travel seasons shall be borne by the winner. The ticket must be used between April and June 2026.)
•Edenred Instant-Use Card (NT$500 value): 10 prizes

V. Prize Claim Instructions
1.Winners must contact HT Life’s official LINE account by Wednesday, February 11, 2026, after the raffle results are announced, to verify their eligibility. Failure to respond by the deadline will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the prize.
2.Winners under the age of 20 must obtain consent from their legal guardian, who must claim the prize on the winner’s behalf. In accordance with the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan):
•Prizes valued at over NT$1,000 must be included in the winner’s annual individual income tax declaration, based on the market value of the prize.
•Prizes valued at over NT$20,000 are subject to a 10% withholding tax, calculated based on the market value of the prize.
•HT Life Technology Co., Ltd. will collect and remit the applicable tax on behalf of the winner in accordance with applicable laws. Failure to complete the required tax payment within the designated period will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.

3.Winners agree that their personal information related to this prize may be collected, electronically processed, and used by the Company solely for purposes related to this event and prize fulfillment.
4.If a winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements, refuses to comply with these event rules, or violates any applicable terms, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the winner’s eligibility and participation status. The organizer also reserves the right to pursue legal action against any conduct that interferes with the event.
5.Winners must provide all required information within the specified timeframe. Failure to provide the required information will be deemed a waiver of the prize without further notice.

VI. Important Notes
1.The event period runs from Monday, December 1, 2025, to Monday, January 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Participants who fail to complete the required tasks within this period will not be eligible for the prize drawing. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the deadline based on the progress of the event.
2.Winners selected to receive airline tickets may be required to participate in related promotional activities and personally visit the Company within the designated timeframe to claim their prizes. This requirement is intended to ensure the transparency of the event and verify prize receipt.
3.If a winner wishes to transfer the prize to a designated recipient, both the winner and the recipient must visit the Company in person and complete the required prize transfer consent form.
4.Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control require changes to the prize contents, the organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value. Winners may not request cash compensation or exchange the prize for other items. The organizer and event operator shall not be responsible for any maintenance, warranty, or after-sales services related to the prizes.
5.The organizer and event operator shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or errors in event communications or prize notifications caused by technical issues, including but not limited to computer systems, internet connections, telephone networks, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. They shall also not be responsible for any delays, loss, errors, illegibility, or damage to participant-submitted information. Participants shall not raise objections based on such circumstances. Personal information collected from winners will be protected in accordance with applicable laws and used by HT Life Technology Co., Ltd. only for authorized marketing activities and event-related purposes.
6.For matters not specified in these rules, HT Life Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or interpret this event. Any updates or modifications will be announced on this website without separate notification.
